The Ethernet control provided by our VUDU module emulates the user experience available from box's RF remote control. Since there's not an infrared option for the box, this module is an excellent solution for Crestron integration of a VUDU box located in a centralized equipment rack. An Ethernet equipped processor is required.
This module provides rapid "drill down" inputs to allow one-touch access to features and allows the use of an alphanumeric keyboard for much faster searching as compared to the scroll wheel on the VUDU remote. Control is fast and consistent!
This module includes an example touchpanel file for a TPS-12 touchpanel and XPanel. Due to current limitations of the VUDU protocol, this module does not duplicate the scroll wheel acceleration behavior of the RF remote.
