Jim Felderman

President

Crestron Certified Programmer

Jim, a Crestron Certified Programmer, has worked in a variety of fields related to the control system market since 1984. He has spent time in the broadcast video production, security, industrial process control and energy management industries. It was only after running his own custom audio/video shop that he realized his true love was control system design and programming. Wearing one big hat instead of many small ones was the driving force behind forming ControlWorks Consulting, LLC. Working with Crestron products since 1992 Jim saw the opportunity to provide design and programming services to the ever growing residential and commercial integration market.

Lee Fioritto

Applications Engineer

Lee's interest in electronics and automation started as owner and operator of Dinosaur Recording, a small 16 track analog recording facility built in his home. The studio was used to record his solo and group songs and ideas. Shortly thereafter, Lee worked for six years as a project manager for an area audio/video electronics retailer, performing high end residential and commercial audio, video and control system installations. With the growing complexity and challenges facing today's consumer, Lee soon turned his focus to integration and joined the team at ControlWorks Consulting, LLC. Lee also spins phat wax as a DJ at local clubs that are fortunate enough to book him for an evening.

Gary Gifford, Jr.

Applications Engineer

Gary began his career in the audio business as a young lad, “helping” his father, a sales rep for various audio manufacturers. Gary continued to work in the Cleveland area with his father through high school installing commercial audio systems, setting up and running live sound for various concerts, and finally, installing home audio and video systems. He then moved to Columbus, Ohio where he spent eleven years designing, installing, servicing, and programming high-end, residential audio and video systems. After moving back to the Cleveland area and spending another two years of “doing it all”, Gary decided to focus on the integration of residential systems and joined the ControlWorks team.

Steve McNally

Applications Engineer

Crestron Certified Programmer

Steve's interest in electronics started when he was in his early teens. He pulled apart old stereos and VCRs just to see how they worked, and loved to build speaker enclosures with his high school friends. After graduating from High School Steve served in the Air Force for 7 years as a heavy equipment mechanic in Massachusetts, Montana, and Saudi Arabia. Upon leaving the Air Force, Steve was introduced into the custom installation industry. He started out with pre-wires then moving into trim and rack wiring. In 2003 he dove into learning as much as he could about Crestron programming and GUI design and has been hooked since.
