Just as our dealers are not finished servicing their customers when their vans finally roll away from the jobsite, we also provide a long-lasting support relationship. Whenever possible, we establish a remote connection before leaving the site to allow for maintenance and upgrading from our offices.

Our support services include:

  • A toll-free number for your technicians to call for assistance when onsite.
  • Login to an FTP server containing the source code for all of your clients. This allows you to make small changes, if you desire, and then re-upload them to us to ensure your changes carry over into future upgrades. This also gives you a place to "drop" files for your own internal use.
  • Final source code delivered on CD as well as email and FTP with every project.
  • Design assistance for upgrades and systems overhauls.
  • Remote monitoring of dynamic IP addresses, to insure both dealer and ControlWorks access to systems.
