Our dealers are hardware installation professionals. During the final stages of their projects, they have a wide variety of issues to attend to, including wiring, hardware availability, and of course, their clients. Therefore, we have found that it is often best to take the project management of the software off their plates. We provide an applications engineer onsite for every project startup.
ControlWorks applications engineers come from the world of integrated systems installation, design and programming. All engineers come equipped with the necessary test equipment and tools to assist in the troubleshooting of wiring and connectivity, as well as fully testing the functionality of the system.
