A complete list of the equipment to be controlled. Be thorough and complete, and be sure you are sending the actual model number to be used for this particular project.

An expected date for onsite deployment.

Your client's "drop dead" date.

Desired deadline for receipt of quote.

A written functionality statement or scope of work, explaining in detail how your system requires the control system to behave.

The Project name and the address of the job site.

Contact information for your design engineer, or the installation technician who is most familiar with the system.

Any connectivity or signal flow drawings that have been created by your organization. We work comfortably in d-tools, Visio and AutoCAD. We will also, of course, accept anything from a napkin on up.
